Shipping and Return Policy
SHIPPING
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
- Order Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Shipping Area: Canada & US.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of order cancellation before dispatch or if the item is defective.
RETURNS
- Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Eligibility: Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original box or packaging. Returns sent without original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
- Return Authorization: To initiate a return, please use the self-service return portal on our website or contact us at info@merrilyloom.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Return Approval: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
RETURN PROCESS
- Submit Return Request:
- Email info@merrilyloom.com with your order number, item(s) for return, and reason for return.
- Receive Return Label:
- Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Pack & Ship:
- Securely pack your item(s) in the original box with all tags and documentation. Affix the label and drop off at the specified carrier location.
- Inspection & Refund:
- Upon receipt, your return will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Items not meeting return conditions will be sent back at your expense and no refund will be issued.
RETURN SHIPPING & FEES
- Return Shipping Fee: A flat fee of $15 return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchanges:
- Exchanges are processed as returns. Place a new order for the desired item(s) after your return is approved and refunded.
DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at info@merrilyloom.com within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
- Lost or Damaged Returns: Merrily is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information.
- Policy Updates: This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
